From Schöneweide via Lichtenberg, the route first goes to south of Berlin to Neukölln to the goods station. The journey continues through Gropiusstadt along Stubenrauchstraße to the Rudow thermal power station.
After a short stop, the ride continues through Berlin. Via Tempelhof and Teltow, the route goes over the southern outer ring and past the Seddin marshalling yard. Here the train makes a loop
through the Potsdam lakeland and across Potsdam before reaching Berlin again. From Wannsee, the line branches off towards Zehlendorf, where the special train meets the route of the Stammbahn, the first railway in Prussia.
Along the Dahlemweg, the train rolls slowly along the Görzbahn to Schönow. At Schönow station, the railway collection of the Märkische Kleinbahn association awaits. Via Grunewald, Moabit and Lichtenberg, the starting point of the round trip is reached.
