From Berlin-Schöneweide via Döbeln, the special train reaches the railway depot Nossen. The Nossen depot is hosting the Railway Festival this weekend with historic vehicles from 100 years of railway history.
The programme is extensive and features driver’s cab rides, parades on the turntable and the famous rail exits from Nossen station.
There is also plenty on offer for model railway enthusiasts. There will be a railway market with souvenir and model railway sales. There will also be plenty to eat and drink. A historic dining car at Nossen depot invites you to enjoy coffee and cake, as well as
snacks and the beer garden with barbecue specialities.
